Shipping Overview
Logistics you want to know
Our livestock are our top priority. If there are any delays in shipping due to farm-related issues like snowstorms or floods, we will notify customers.
We work with UPS to get the best shipping rates. We charge an additional $25 for packaging and dry ice ($10 for the box and $15 for the dry ice). We hope to reduce these costs in the future as we ship more, so please spread the word to your family and friends.
To ensure that our products stay fresh during shipping, we use top-quality packaging and dry ice or gel packs. Our packaging is either reusable or recyclable, so please recycle it when you're done.
Your order should arrive frozen, partially frozen, or cool to the touch, depending on how long it's been in transit. It's the customer's responsibility to promptly transfer the package to a refrigerator or freezer upon delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we can't accept returns. UPS delivers without requiring a signature, so please check your tracking number regularly for updates. Classen Land & Cattle isn't responsible for any lost, stolen, or spoiled items if the recipient isn't available at the time of delivery.
